This is for change the startup and shutdown directly from the phone, or by receiving an image from bluetooth. The deal is to save the images wanted as startup or shutdown on e/startup.gif or e/shutdown.gif

It can be done by downloading the SYN_Files file stored on a/ to download it, use your prefered P2K Manager.

Once you have downloaded the SYN_Files open it with a hex editor, in this case I will use XVI32

Where it says a/mobile/system/splash_power_down or whatever yours says change the text to e/startup.gif save the file and upload it again to a/

Next upload your startup.gif to e or send it via Bluetooth, restart your phone and voila! Your new startup or shutdown is there!
