I managed to do this since I released my last monsterpack for the V3 called russoeternal Blackmonsterpack.

I tried the same procedure on my RAZR MAXX and it worked!

Here is what you need:
P2K Commander v4.9.E
Phonebook new images

Procedure:

1. Open P2K Commander and go to "a/" search this images:

phonebook_create_new_30x30_c
phonebook_loading_30x30_c
phonebook_mailing_list_30x30_c
phonebook_no_image_30x30_c
phonebook_ptt_34x34
phonebook_sim_entry_30x30_c

Those files manage the phonebook images. There is the size at images name.

2.- Upload the images included here and it's done.
